Whitney Hansen, Ed.D, CPXP, serves as the Director of Patient Experience- Service Excellence at Renown Health and has held various management roles, including Area Practice Manager for the Institute for Cancer and Practice Manager for Pediatrics & Children's Hospital. Prior experience includes an educator role at Washoe County School District and an adjunct professor position at Sierra Nevada College. Whitney Hansen obtained a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University between 2015 and 2020, and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Sierra Nevada College from 2010 to 2012.
