Gerlinde Lauwers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various sectors, prominently in construction and equestrian businesses. Since September 1997, Gerlinde Lauwers has served as the Bestuurder - Directeur Service Units Group at Renotec, a specialized construction company focusing on niche areas such as asbestos removal, concrete renovation, and artisanal restorations. Additionally, Gerlinde Lauwers is the Zaakvoerder of J2L Dressage Horses, a training and sales stable for talented dressage horses and ponies, and leads L & L FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT as Zaakvoerder since 2003. Gerlinde Lauwers also served on the board of Van den Weghe from February 2019 to March 2023 and has held roles such as Financial Consultant at Jansen Finishings and Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand. Gerlinde Lauwers holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp, completed between 1987 and 1991.
