Vanessa Terry Nichols, MA, GRMS, is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and support roles across various educational settings. Currently serving as an Online Teacher with Varsity Tutors since October 2021, Vanessa delivers small group and one-on-one instruction aligned with the Response to Intervention (RIT) framework. Additionally, Vanessa holds positions as a Substitute Teacher for multiple organizations, including Akron Public Schools and RENHILL GROUP INC., providing critical support to teaching staff. With a solid foundation in Elementary Education, highlighted by a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University, Vanessa has also contributed as a Staff Developer and a Professional Scorer for educational assessments. Over the years, Vanessa has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing student achievement through collaboration and effective teaching strategies.
