Stevan Mandić has worked in various roles since 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Project Coordinator at Goodwill Enterprise Development Limited. From 2016 to 2017, they were an IT Project Manager at AXA Serbia, responsible for managing key IT vendors, change request management, and bug fix and additional support management. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Scrum Master at NOVOMATIC Lottery Solutions, facilitating the day-to-day work of the team and working on prioritization with stakeholders. Since 2019, they have been a Scrum Master at Renhead, providing effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership and coaching, supporting the agile development process and delivery.

Stevan Mandić obtained a MSc in Project Management from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at Belgrade University between 2011 and 2013. Stevan previously obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Health Management from the Faculty of Business Economics at Megatrend University between 2009 and 2011. Stevan also holds various certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org (2019), Project Management - Advance Techniques (2018) from Centar za upravljanje projektima-CPM, Scrum Fundamentals Certified from SCRUMstudy (2017), Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy (2017), and Microsoft Excel (tailor-made) from Office Business Intelligence (2016).
