Sujit Nayak is a quality engineering professional with a robust background in the solar manufacturing industry. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer at ReNew since April 2023, Sujit previously held the position of Junior Quality Engineer at Goldi Solar Pvt. Ltd. from September 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing product quality from a fully automated manufacturing line and providing technical support for production issues. Prior to that, Sujit worked as a Quality Inspector at Saatvik Green Energy and Vikram Solar, focusing on the calibration of testing equipment and training personnel to enhance production processes. Sujit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Balasore School of Engineering, completed in June 2019, and furthered education at SRINIX College of Engineering.
