Kshitiz Shrivastav is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Deputy Manager of Asset Management at ReNew since December 2022, where responsibilities include managing an 800 MWp Tracker portfolio and implementing strategies for LPF reduction. Prior experience at Mahindra Susten spanned from March 2016 to November 2022, where roles included Assistant Manager and Senior Engineer within Technology Partners, leading the Solar Tracker Product Operation and Maintenance for a 500 MW portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing operational excellence initiatives. Kshitiz began their career as a Trainee Engineer in Quality Inspection, focusing on troubleshooting and quality assurance for solar tracker systems. Kshitiz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management.
