Tony Ehrbar has a diverse range of work experience. Tony is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Renegade Plastics, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Owner & CEO of American Tent from February 2014 onwards.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Tony has experience in corporate strategy and business development. Tony served as a Senior Manager at United Airlines from February 2013 to August 2013, where they led cross-functional projects and developed tools for executive reporting.

Tony also has consulting experience. Tony worked at Bain & Company from January 2011 to February 2013 as a Consultant/CTL, where they conducted due diligence for private equity firms and developed strategies for technology companies. Tony started their career at Bain & Company as a Summer Associate in 2009.

Prior to their consulting roles, Tony worked as a Consultant at ZS Associates from July 2004 to August 2008, focusing on sales force strategy and implementation projects for medical device companies.

Tony Ehrbar also has experience as a business owner. Tony was the Owner of Gather on Broadway from January 2016 to August 2019 and the Owner of Elite Rentals from May 2013 to January 2019.

Tony Ehrbar holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with Honors in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they completed between 1999 and 2003. Tony then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and General Management from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2008 to 2010. In 2019, they also completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program with a focus on Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations at Babson College.
