Luca Beltrami is an experienced electrical engineering professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Electrical Discipline Leader at Renco S.p.A. since December 2013, Luca manages an electrical engineering team, focusing on skill development, performance evaluation, and oversight of engineering documents to ensure compliance with codes and client requirements. Prior to this role, Luca worked as an Electrical Project Engineer, specializing in the development of electrical systems for industrial and infrastructure projects in the Oil & Gas sector. Luca’s earlier experience includes a position at Teta Project Srl as an Electrical Engineer, where contributions were made in the design of photovoltaic power systems. Luca holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by a High School diploma in Electrical and Automation Technology from ITIS Leopoldo Nobili.
