Stephen Whitcombe is an experienced professional at Renault Group, having served in various strategic roles since September 2004, including Head of Aftersales at Dacia UK and Head of Service Marketing, Customer Loyalty & Accessories. Key achievements include the creation of the Total Customer Experience organisation and the launch of the Renault Academy of Excellence to enhance training and development within the network. Prior to this, Stephen held roles with the Renault-Nissan Alliance, where project management was pivotal in implementing market strategies, and at Groupe Renault, where expertise in sales finance and network motivation was developed. Stephen graduated with a BSC (Hons) in Management Studies from the University of Bradford and attended Dover Grammar School for Boys.
