Roy Haller is an accomplished R&D Project Manager at Renata SA since September 2023, with a strong background in quantum and nanoelectronics. Previously, Roy served as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist in the Quantum- and Nanoelectronics Group from April 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included co-leading the high-frequency research division and managing dry dilution refrigerators with microwave components. Additionally, Roy completed a PhD in Physics at the University of Basel, where the doctoral thesis focused on microwave experiments related to superconductivity and Josephson junctions. Experience also includes teaching roles at the University of Basel and Gymnasium Kirschgarten, as well as a mechanical engineering internship at Erbacher Custom Bikes. Roy has contributed to various conferences and has been involved in the NCCR "QSIT - Quantum Science and Technology" program.
