Kimberly Dillard has over two decades of experience in the banking sector, currently serving at Renasant Bank since June 2003 in the role of Corporate Retail Delivery & Experience: Sales, Service and Operations Strategy. In this position, Kimberly defines and implements strategies to enhance retail sales, service processes, and overall employee and customer experiences, while leading a team across multiple locations. As Regional Senior Vice President, Kimberly manages 25 Retail Banking Offices across Alabama and Florida, focusing on customer experience and market share growth. Prior to Renasant Bank, Kimberly held the position of Branch Manager at Union Planters Bank from 1999 to 2003. Kimberly holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Finance from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, completed in 1999.
