Callum Vipond is a seasoned professional in risk and capital management, currently serving as Vice President at RenaissanceRe since October 2018, where Callum oversees the validation of the syndicate’s Internal Model and leads the ORSA process. Prior experience includes roles at Lloyd's, where Callum held positions as Senior Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Analyst, contributing to the Internal Model Validation and capital setting processes. Earlier, Callum worked as an Underwriting Analyst at Towergate Insurance, focusing on actuarial reserving and reporting. Callum holds a Fellowship from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and degrees in Management Studies from Cambridge Judge Business School and Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
