Casey Aldridge is a seasoned recruiting consultant with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving at Rempli since January 2025, Aldridge previously held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Kipu Health from July 2020 to January 2025. Prior roles include Recruiting Manager for Permanent Placements and Account Manager at The Creative Group from March 2016 to July 2020, as well as Sales and Marketing Manager at KB Marketing & Management in 2015. Earlier experience includes a Corporate Trainer role at The Plato Group, a Digital Marketing Strategist position at Red Rabbit Marketing, and various analyst roles at USDA. Aldridge holds a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, both from the University of Florida.
