Souha El Hamraoui is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at RemotePass since April 2021, Souha contributes to streamlining onboarding, compliance, and payroll for global teams in a startup backed by premier investors. Prior to this role, Souha worked as a Project Manager at Maana Travel, an experiential travel startup, where innovative and customized travel experiences were developed. Earlier experience includes a position as Junior Project Manager in International Development at McCANN Paris, a leading global advertising agency.
