Regina Caldas is an experienced professional in Total Rewards and Human Resources, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Remote since May 2023. Previously, Regina held the position of Director of Total Rewards & Performance at MoonPay from January 2022 to May 2023, and was also the Head of Total Rewards during this tenure. From July 2016 to January 2022, Regina was the Head of Total Rewards at Farfetch, following the role of Compensation & Benefits Manager.
