Iván González Sáiz is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and team management. Previous roles include Engineering Director at Factorial HR, where Iván oversaw the Time Tracking team’s technical management, and Engineering Lead at Lingokids, responsible for defining infrastructure evolution. Notable experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Bizneo HR involved building the Bizneo HR Suite from the ground up, collaborating closely with executives.
