Andrew Hatfield has extensive experience in the music education and percussion field, serving as President and Instructor of the independent marching drumline "Renegades of Rhythm" since June 2005, which caters to boys and girls aged 7-18 and is endorsed by four major drum corporations. In addition, Andrew has been a Private Drums/Percussion Instructor at Hutchison School since August 2012, providing lessons to students from 1st to 12th grade, and has held the position of Director of the "Gryphon Drum Brigade" at St. George's Independent School since June 2010. Andrew is recognized as an endorsed educator and artist by multiple companies including Sabian Ltd, Pearl Corporation, Vic Firth Company, and Remo Inc. Moreover, Andrew was the Founding Director of the drum corps at Memphis University School from June 2014 to May 2017.
