Wojciech Sołtys has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Wojciech began their career at PB Polsoft as a Junior Marketing Specialist and Translator, where they managed B2B events and supervised translation works. Wojciech then joined EUROFIRMS as a Recruitment Consultant, running recruitment projects for hiring blue-collar workers in Spain and Poland.
In 2008, Wojciech joined Agora SA as an Online Sales Executive and later became an Online Media Planner. Wojciech played a crucial role in the creation of LocalPower.pl, an advertising network, as a Key Partnership Manager.
Moving on to Fashion Days sp. z.o.o., Wojciech worked as an Online Acquisition Specialist, leading lead generation projects for a popular online fashion shopping club. Wojciech utilized SEM, display advertising, and Facebook ads to optimize the landing page and validate leads.
From 2014 to 2015, Wojciech worked at Fashion Days Group as a Performance Marketing Specialist. Wojciech focused on sales generation and optimized advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, and RTB platforms. Wojciech also implemented advanced digital marketing strategies using product feeds and custom attribution models in Google Analytics.
Currently, Wojciech is the Head of Performance Marketing at Remix Second Hand & Outlet. Wojciech joined the company in 2015 as a Performance Marketing Manager and played a crucial role in introducing Remix.pl to the Polish market. Wojciech is responsible for customer acquisition, remarketing, SEO, and UX optimization in the countries where the company operates.
Wojciech Sołtys pursued their education in the field of Lingwistyka (Linguistics) from 1999 to 2004 at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. In 2002-2003, they also had the opportunity to study Anglistyka (English Studies) as an exchange student at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg through the Erasmus program. Additionally, in June 2004, Wojciech earned a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the British Council.
