Kaisa Salakka is an experienced professional with a robust background in product management and leadership within the technology and gaming sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for both Remedy Entertainment Plc and Alma Media, Kaisa was previously Vice President of Product at Wolt, where product groups were led to promote economic growth during challenging market conditions. Significant career achievements include directing research initiatives at Unity Technologies and steering the company’s Ads Monetization and Game Services to triple-digit growth. Kaisa's early career involved leading product portfolios at Omniata and overseeing analytics at Comptel, among other roles. Kaisa holds a Master of Science degree from Aalto University and has completed executive education at London Business School.
