Nichole Kershner, CIPS, currently serves as the Director of Global & Commercial Strategic Projects at RE/MAX, a position held since May 2016. In this role, Nichole leads a team focused on enhancing the Global and Commercial network through technology, education, marketing, and internal processes, contributing to the unparalleled global presence of RE/MAX in over 110 countries and territories. Prior to this, Nichole held various positions within Global Development at RE/MAX, including Senior Consultant and Region Administrator, and worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Sparks Group from 2010 to 2016, advancing from HR Recruiting Coordinator to Senior Recruiter. Nichole earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the State University of New York at Fredonia, graduating in 2010.
