Guangliang Li is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and publishing. Currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs at RELX, Guangliang Li previously held the position of General Manager at KeAi Publishing. Additionally, Guangliang Li served as Editor-in-Chief and Vice President of University Press at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Educationally, Guangliang Li holds a Master's degree in Philosophy from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2005-2008) and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Philosophy at Tongji University, expected to be completed in 2026.
