Femi Richards, JD, MPP, CIPP, CCEP, currently serves as Vice President of Compliance Assessment and Programs at RELX Group since January 2011, where the focus is on developing audit, privacy, and compliance programs to establish LexisNexis as an industry leader in information management. Previous roles at LexisNexis include Vice President of Audit & Compliance and Privacy, Ethics, and Compliance, overseeing regulatory compliance and promoting responsible information use. Femi's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Holland & Knight LLP, managing EEO/diversity compliance reviews for Fortune 200 companies, and as Senior Policy Analyst at CSOSA, providing policy advice on compliance reviews for probation and parole programs. Femi holds an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
