Leon Xia is an experienced professional in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as the Regional General Manager for MENA&Caucasus and previously holding the positions of Chief Of Staff and EVP at RELX International since April 2021. Prior to this role, Leon Xia spent a decade at Huawei Technologies in various leadership positions, including COO & VP of the Carrier Business in Bangladesh, and playing a key role in business development and operations management for Vodafone. Earlier experience includes directing the Huawei Saudi Business Management Department and account management for new license accounts at Huawei. Leon Xia holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Economics from Xi'an Jiaotong University, earned between 1998 and 2005.
