Karl Koemmpel is the founder of Karl Koemmpel Coaching, a role held since August 2022, and has been involved with Reliant Mission as a Coaching Administrator and Trainer since August 2014. Additional experience includes serving as a Visual Technician for various drum corps, including the Madison Scouts and Blue Stars, as well as a missionary and associate director at Box 7 Ministries for Drum Corps. Karl Koemmpel worked as a Library Assistant at Central Washington University from September 2011 to June 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the same institution, earned between 2010 and 2015.
