Pamela Morley has extensive experience in case management and human resources, currently serving as an Accommodation Consultant at Amazon since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing a caseload of over 180 and providing training on accommodation processes. Prior roles include DLS Case Manager at US Tech Solutions, overseeing personal leave cases, and Operations Supervisor at UnitedHealth Group, where Pamela supervised a team of medical coders. Additional experience consists of HR Support at Tractor Supply Company, Operational Resource Manager and Financial Services Manager at Verizon Wireless, and an administrative role assisting C-suite executives. Pamela holds an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education and has further education from the University of South Florida.
