Joseph Caton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joseph currently holds the position of Project Manager Lead IS at Reliance Matrix since October 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Information Technology Project Manager at Elwyn from March 2020 to October 2023. From February 2019 to March 2020, they held the role of Third Party Governance at BNY Mellon. Joseph spent a significant part of their career at BNY Mellon | Pershing, where they served as a Senior IT Project Manager from February 2010 to February 2019 and as a Technical Specialist from December 2006 to February 2010. Before that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Fidelity National Information Services from February 2006 to December 2006, and as a Business Analyst II and Account Transition Specialist at JPMorgan Chase from October 2002 to February 2006. Throughout their career, Joseph has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has successfully managed various technology projects, providing strategic solutions and ensuring their timely completion.

Joseph Caton has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY. Joseph also holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance, Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, and various other certifications in data analytics, blockchain technologies, generative AI, and R programming from different institutions.
