Pankhuri Warange serves as the AVP Company Secretary at Sterlite Power since January 2019, with responsibilities including inter corporate funding, compliance process automation, and restructuring initiatives within MTCIL, a joint venture of MSETCL and SPTL. Prior to this role, Pankhuri gained extensive experience at Gitanjali Gems Ltd, focusing on various capital market transactions such as IPOs and foreign currency bond issues from August 2005 to February 2018. Pankhuri's career began at P S & Associates, where, as a Partner from July 2002 to July 2005, secretarial services and compliance support were provided to corporate clients. Pankhuri's foundational experience includes an internship at Hotel Maurya-Patna, where listing compliance and corporate governance were managed. Pankhuri obtained a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor of Laws from Magadh University.
