Sahil Kohli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sahil started their career with a summer internship at Steel Authority of India Ltd in 2005. Sahil then had an industrial training at Spice Communications Limited in 2006, where they gained experience in site installation, maintenance, and configuration of GPRS. Following this, Sahil worked as an assistant manager of business development at Carnation Auto India Pvt. Ltd from 2009 to 2012, where they focused on developing service maintenance contracts and managing telecalling operations.
In 2012, Sahil joined Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd. as a sales and channel management manager. Sahil was responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and developing service products and offers. After that, Sahil worked as a senior manager of business development at AXA Partners from 2014 to 2017, where they specialized in sales and business development, new product development, and risk underwriting for various automotive products.
In 2017, Sahil had a short-term role as a deputy general manager of business development at The Warranty Group. Currently, they are working at Reliance General Insurance, starting in 2017. Sahil has held several positions, including segment head, national manager of digital alliances, and currently vice president of digital alliances and web aggregators. These roles have involved managing digital alliances, developing web aggregators, and driving digital initiatives.
