Barbara Oliveira is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Reliance Construction since June 2024, Barbara previously held similar positions at Tricon Residential from September 2022 to November 2023. Barbara’s career at Holt Renfrew spanned two decades (2002-2022), during which several positions were held, including Manager of Human Resources and Supervisor of HR Services. Educationally, Barbara earned a degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from York University between 2003 and 2008.
