Abigail W. Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both customer service and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Coordinator at Reliable Respiratory since November 2022, Abigail previously held multiple roles at CIC Health as Field Operations Lead, overseeing pandemic response operations, and at TD as a Head Teller, focusing on operational excellence. In the arts, Abigail has been a roster soprano chorus member with Boston Lyric Opera since August 2016, performing in various productions including "La Boheme" and "Carmen," and recently participated in Moonbox Productions' "Sweeney Todd" as an ensemble member. An accomplished musician, Abigail holds a Master's in Music from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's in Music from Boston University.
