Currently serving as the Test and Trials Manager for the DDG 51 AEGIS Test Team at Reliability & Performance Technologies, Alonzo coordinates technical issue resolutions while maintaining a comprehensive testing library. With over 10 years of experience as an Acquisition Professional and a background as a Senior Systems Engineer, Alonzo has contributed to the integration and maintenance of complex software systems. Previous roles include supervising and training technicians, serving as an instructor for technical courses, and managing maintenance teams aboard various naval vessels. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Technology, along with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
