Florian Zschetzsche started their work experience in 2004 at Siemens, where they held various roles, including Junior Software Engineer and System Architect. In 2011, they transitioned to Atos as a System Architect and remained there until 2015. From 2015 to 2022, Florian worked at adidas, first as a Solution Architect - IT Infrastructure, then as a Service Manager, and finally as a Senior Service Manager. In 2022, Florian joined RELEX Solutions as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and later became the Service Delivery Team Lead in 2023.

Florian Zschetzsche attended Staatliche Berufsschule Erlangen from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (IHK). Florian also holds additional certifications in ITIL 4 Foundation from PeopleCert and Akamai Cloud Security Foundations from Akamai Technologies.
