David Winkel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. David started their career as a Sport- und Fitnesskaufmann at EasyFitness Coesfeld from August 2011 to January 2014. David then worked as a Manager Sales at Radbonus from September 2017 to June 2018.

In 2018, David joined STARTPLATZ, a startup incubator and accelerator, where they served as a Corporate Services Werkstudent from June to August 2018. David then transitioned to the role of Corporate Innovation from September 2018 to October 2020. STARTPLATZ provided him with the opportunity to work with startups and support companies in implementing digitization and innovation processes.

In 2019, David also worked as a Business Development Manager at STARTUP Anywhere, where they focused on developing new business opportunities.

From January 2019 to October 2020, David held the position of Head of Projectmanagement at #STARTUPNATION TO MITTELSTAND. In this role, they played a crucial part in a customer-oriented remote innovation program, facilitating collaborations between Israeli scale-ups and German Mittelstand firms.

In 2020, David briefly worked as an Account Master at Pirate Skills from October to December, before taking up the role of CEO and Co-Founder at BOYOCA in January 2020. David held this position until February 2022.

Currently, David is the Team Lead Sales at Relevo, starting in October 2021.

David Winkel earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sportmanagement from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz from 2014 to 2018.
