Sathish Prabu has a diverse work experience in the field of power solutions and operations management. Sathish started their career in 2005 as a Field Operator at GE International Inc., where they gained expertise in operating gas and steam turbines, as well as HRSGs and utility boilers. In 2008, they joined Reliance Industries Limited as an Executive, where they were involved in the operation of a combined cycle power plant. In 2009, they joined Alghanim International General Trading and Contracting as an O&M professional, where they worked for a decade. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Manager at Relevant Power Solutions since 2019.

Sathish Prabu completed their Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Annamalai Polytechnic from the year 2000 to 2003. Sathish then pursued a Post Diploma in Thermal Power Plant from the National Power Training Institute, Nagpur, under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, from 2005 to 2006.
