Sameer Telgote has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps engineering. Sameer started their career as a Support Engineer at Convergys in 2013, where they gained client services skills over a period of more than a year. In 2015, they joined Izel Technologies as a Software Engineer (DevOps) and worked there until 2016. At Izel Technologies, they gained experience in software engineering focused on DevOps practices. In 2017, Sameer joined Wipro Limited as a Senior Project Engineer, where they worked on migrating cookbooks from Chef 11 to Chef 13 and upgraded the current chef environment. In 2018, they joined Relevance Lab as a DevOps Engineer, where they have been involved in writing cookbooks from scratch, developing custom resources, and working on installation and configuration tasks related to various technologies like Winscp, Dotnet, IIS, Flexera, Redis Cluster, and Terraform.

Sameer Telgote completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunications from Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their HSC from Shri Radhakisan Lakshminarayan Toshniwal Science College, Akola, between 2005 and 2007. Sameer also obtained their SSC from Golden Kids English Highschool, from 1999 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Sameer has obtained several certifications. Sameer became a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) from The Linux Foundation in April 2021. Sameer also holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in July 2019. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Configuration and Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration from Microsoft in May 2014.
