Pradeep Nair

Pradeep Nair began their work experience as a Software Engineer at Verifone/Hewlett Packard in 1995. Pradeep worked on various aspects of product development and support, eventually becoming a Project Lead responsible for customer delivery. In 1997, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Software Analyst, where they led engineering and professional services teams in the execution of payment gateway and smart card processing systems for leading banks. In 2000, Nair joined Apar Infotech as a Project Manager, contributing to the launch of offshore product engineering services and managing sales, account management, and program management efforts. Pradeep then moved to Ness Technologies, where they held various roles, including Director, Associate Vice President, and Vice President of Solutioning. In these positions, Nair was responsible for solution architecture, presales, delivery coordination, and client management. Pradeep also played a key role in building offshore product engineering centers and managing client relationships. In 2013, Nair joined Relevance Lab as the Head of North American Business, specializing in cloud development, DevOps automation, and data analytics. Pradeep has helped leading enterprises and technology companies achieve their transformation objectives through their solutions.

Pradeep Nair pursued their education with a focus on business administration and computer science. From 1991 to 1995, they attended Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science. In 2013 to 2015, they enrolled in the Jack Welch Management Institute, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) without a specified field of study. Additionally, in 2010, Pradeep attended INSEAD for the Global Leadership Program.
