Jonathon Nantz is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in production support and technical support management. Currently serving as a Production Support Engineer at Relay since May 2021, Jonathon previously held the position of Tier III Technical Support Manager at Republic Wireless from December 2016 to May 2021. Prior to that, Jonathon worked at Bandwidth.com as a Tier III Engineer - Team Lead and Technical Support Team Lead, where expertise in mobile wireless networking protocols and PBX operations was leveraged. Jonathon’s career began at U.S. Cellular as a Service Tech, focusing on customer service and issue resolution, and started as a Personal Banker at RBC.
