Erik Bjornson has held various roles in the communications industry since 2014. Erik began their career at Fastenal as a Sales Associate in 2014. In 2015, they moved to Marshall University to become an Academic Advisor (GA). In 2016, they joined Global Knowledge Training as an Account Manager for Arizona & San Francisco Bay Area. In 2018, they joined Bandwidth Inc. as a National Account Executive III - Large Market and was later promoted to National Account Executive II - Team Lead. In 2020, they moved to Telnyx as an Account Executive and is currently working as a Senior Account Executive for Relay since 2021.

Erik Bjornson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Marshall University in 2013. Erik then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Marshall University, which they completed in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Telegence certification from ASLAN Training and Development. In 2018, they obtained a Cybersecurity Sales Certification from Global Knowledge.
