Kai Palomäki began their work experience in 2002 as a System Manager at Anvia (Vaasan Läänin Puhelin Oy), where they were responsible for system design, integration, datacenter management, and administration. In 2011, they joined Relax Gaming Ltd as the CTO, where they focused on designing and implementing scalable and highly available gaming platforms, as well as platform integration.

Kai Palomäki obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from VAMK between 1998 and 2003.
