Doug Cowan is an experienced executive in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director for the US Public Sector at Relativity since August 2021. Prior to this role, Doug spent nearly 18 years at Cisco, where responsibilities included leading cybersecurity sales for Federal Civilian clients as a Regional Sales Manager and managing sales strategies for Fortune 1000 clients in the MidAtlantic as a Senior Manager. Doug's career began at SBC, where as an Area Manager, the focus was on customer premise equipment solutions for networking, telecom, and cybersecurity, including initiating a VPN consulting offering. Doug holds a BS in Advertising with a minor in Psychology from the University of Florida and an MA in Telecommunications from The George Washington University.
