Lianne Farrell currently serves in the People & Culture department at Relationships Australia NSW, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Lianne was a People Partner at The Boathouse Group from March to July 2023 and worked as an HR Talent Specialist focused on Recruiting HR Professionals at The Next Step from April 2016 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes various HR roles at Shell from July 2005 to April 2015, encompassing positions such as HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, and Recruitment Resource Manager. Lianne began their career at Xceli Ltd as Operations Support Manager and later held roles at Search Consultancy. Lianne holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed between 1998 and 2000, and attended West Kirby Grammar School from 1991 to 1998.
