Elisabeth Shaw serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Relationships Australia NSW since March 2016, leading an organization dedicated to relationship support and development services across 22 locations. With a wealth of experience in practice quality and innovation, Elisabeth has held roles such as Executive General Manager, Deputy Chair of the Youth Insearch Foundation, and Non-Executive Director at the Open Dialogue Centre. As a board member for Relationships Australia National Board and Relationships Australia NSW Social Enterprise, Elisabeth contributes to strategic direction and governance in the sector. In addition, Elisabeth is a Senior Consultant at The Ethics Centre and an Executive and Management Coach through Elisabeth Shaw Pty Ltd. Co-founding Kirralinde Psychotherapy Centre, Elisabeth has focused on relationships throughout their career, supported by a strong educational background, including multiple master's degrees and participation in an executive program at Harvard Business School.
