Andy Dean has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andy'smost recent position is as a Knowledge Engineering professional at RelationalAI, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Infor from 2016 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Software Development. In this role, they managed multiple internal teams and coordinated work with other departments on various projects, including retail forecasting, predictive maintenance, work order prediction, and sales crediting systems. Before their time at Infor, Andy worked at LogicBlox from 2012 to 2016 as a Senior Project Director, overseeing cloud-based projects. Andy also held the position of Senior Director of Product Development at Axioma from 2008 to 2012, leading software development teams and implementing Agile/Scrum practices. Prior to that, they worked at Manheim as a Software Development Manager from 2000 to 2008, and at Aeronomics as a Software Development Consultant from 1998 to 2000. Andy also has experience as a Director of Development at The Monticello Corporation in 1996, as a Software Developer at HNC Software in 1995, and as the Owner/Developer at Design Systems from 1992 to 1995. Andy'scareer began in 1990 at CAPS Logistics, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer. Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated a strong background in software development, project management, and team leadership.

Andy Dean has a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from The Ohio State University. Andy also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained a certification in Planning and Releasing Software with Jira from LinkedIn in May 2022.
