Jill Zewalk serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the NC/VA business unit at Relation Insurance Services, a position held since November 2008, where strategic and operational responsibilities include overseeing the development and performance of service and administrative teams while fostering relationships with key Carrier Partners. Prior to this role, Jill Zewalk was the Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance at First Charter Insurance from 2000 to 2008. Jill Zewalk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 1982 and 1986.
