Stuart Schwartz is currently the General Manager at Related Management, overseeing the operation and financial management of a prestigious condominium building in NYC. With previous experience as the Managing Director at The Michelangelo Hotel and Loews Regency Hotel, Stuart has a strong background in hospitality management. Stuart has also held positions in food & beverage management at Doral Hotels & Resorts and Park Hyatt Hotel. Stuart holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
