Joel Hazzard, CAPM, is an experienced Assistant Project Manager currently employed at Related Companies since February 2023. Prior to this role, Joel served as a Superintendent and Project Engineer at GL Builders from July 2018 to February 2023. Additional experience includes a position as a member of the CSU, Chico Project Management Group in 2017 and an internship as an Administrative Assistant at Zepponi & Company during the summers of 2014 and 2015. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management and Business Management, as well as a minor in International Studies from California State University, Chico, and has studied at the School of Management, Università di Torino.
