Ida Holdahl MA, LPCC is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Relate Counseling Center since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ida worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Headway Emotional Health Services and as a Mental Health Practitioner at Life Development Resources P.A. from December 2018 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a School Linked Mental Health Practitioner at Family, Adolescents, and Children Therapy Services and a Clinical Counseling Intern at Colorado Christian University, where Ida provided counseling and support to various populations through school-linked programs and university services. Ida holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Denver Seminary and a Bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College.
