Orr Ben Sheffer is an experienced professional in customer operations and service, currently serving as the Customer Operations Team Lead and previously as a Technical Customer Service Specialist at Rekor since June 2022. Prior to this role, Orr was the Head of Customer Success at Musico.io from January 2020 to June 2022. Orr holds a bachelor's degree in Sustainability Studies and Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy from Reichman University, completed in 2019, and has also studied at Sciences Po in 2018.
