William Cheong has accumulated diverse experience in commercial operations and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Commercial Operations Representative at REKKI since August 2023, William has contributed to payment and operations support, implemented process improvements through automation, conducted data analysis using SQL, and optimized workflows with regex. Prior to this, William worked as a Barista at Pret A Manger, where skills in time management and customer satisfaction were developed. William also gained experience as an Administrative and Operations Coordinator at Sabas Sdn Bhd, focusing on inventory management, logistics, and payment reconciliation. William holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Southampton, completed between 2018 and 2021.
