Amy Eshuys is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail leadership and merchandising. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Reject Shop since April 2022, Eshuys also holds membership in Chief and the Women in Retail Leadership Circle, both organizations aimed at empowering women in executive roles. Prior to their current role, Eshuys took a sabbatical as a Global Explorer after serving as Vice President and General Manager at Christmas Tree Shops, where responsibilities included buying, merchandising, and supply chain management across various product categories. Eshuys began their career in merchandising and buying at BIG W and Woolworths Supermarkets, culminating in notable achievements such as being named HomeWorld Business' Buyer of the Year in 2016. Eshuys earned a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology.
